1. The Avios Hotels Balance Booster offer is only available to Avios Hotels booking paid fully in cash.

2. The Purchaser must be logged into avios.com and a member of the British Airways Club and aged 18 years or over.

3. The Avios bought and boosted using the offer will be credited, together with the standard Avios earned, 31 days after the hotel stay has ended and the customer has checked out of the property.

4. The Purchaser will be able to spend Avios when they appear as credited in the Purchaser's British Airways Club account.

5. You have the right to cancel the contract for the Avios Hotels Balance Booster offer purchase of Avios within 14 days of purchase, provided the Avios haven’t been used. To exercise your right to cancel the purchase of Avios Hotels Balance Booster Avios, you must contact us using the contact us information in your email confirmation. If you cancel the Balance Booster Avios bought, we’ll reimburse the Balance Booster payment within 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
